Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days — ₹199
• Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹2,000

International Shipping

• Standard International: 10-15 business days — varies by destination
• Express International: 5-7 business days — varies by destination

• Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
• Items must be in their original condition with all tags and certificates.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items showing signs of use or wear

How to Return

2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back to us using the provided label

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or variant changes (subject to availability). Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
